對裝載機超越離合器總成進行檢查時，應重視裝載機解體前各種工況下的工作情況，且只能檢查出損壞較大、較嚴重的故障，而對于其鎖緊性能不良但尚能鎖緊的故障，在裝載機又工作不良的情況下是不能被檢查出來的，必須用一定的儀器來檢查。
