側(cè)卸式裝載機(jī)，是靠鏟斗將巖石鏟起，用側(cè)卸的方式將巖石裝入礦車。由于活動范圍比較大，掘進(jìn)工作面空間比較狹窄，所以側(cè)卸式裝載機(jī)在工作和檢修時容易引起擠傷人員，擠壞支架、電纜、設(shè)備等事故。為防止事故的發(fā)生，山東永保機(jī)械的有關(guān)工作人員提醒大家在操作側(cè)卸式裝載機(jī)的時候要注意一下幾個方面：

1、機(jī)器工作前必須通知附近人員撤離，避免機(jī)器對人員造成擠碰;

2、 操作中應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查電纜是否完好，避免壓壞，避免與油管發(fā)生摩擦，引發(fā)火災(zāi)事故，應(yīng)保證所有操作按鈕完好;

3、 裝巖前，應(yīng)對巖堆灑水滅塵，無論沒水或灑水裝置損壞，都不能開機(jī)裝巖;

4、裝載機(jī)上的照明裝置一定要完好，使工作人員有一個良好的視線，避免擠傷人員的事故發(fā)生。同時良好的照明對提高生產(chǎn)效率也是非常有利的;

5、 裝載機(jī)工作和檢修時，工作人員，特別是區(qū)(隊) 長要注意掘進(jìn)頭的情況。發(fā)現(xiàn)有透水、冒頂、煤巖突出征兆時，應(yīng)立即組織人員撤離到安全地方，并采取相應(yīng)的措施;

6、當(dāng)裝載機(jī)舉起鏟斗時嚴(yán)禁人員在鏟斗下方操作或進(jìn)行檢修。必須進(jìn)行修理時，應(yīng)有可靠的安全措施;
