1、分離杠桿位置的調(diào)整
在安裝裝載機(jī)離合器時(shí)必須首先保證分離杠桿的內(nèi)端面到飛輪外端面的距離為(89±1)mm，同時(shí)要保證三個(gè)分離杠桿的內(nèi)端面在同一垂直于軸線的平面內(nèi)，互差不大于0.2mm，調(diào)整時(shí)，先松開(kāi)鎖緊螺母，旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)整螺釘，使三個(gè)分離杠桿高度一致，調(diào)整完用螺母擰緊阿特拉斯空壓機(jī)配件。

2、離合器踏板自由行程的調(diào)整
 裝載機(jī)分離杠桿與分離軸承工作端面的間隙應(yīng)為2mm，此間隙稱(chēng)為分離間隙，它相應(yīng)于踏板自由行程30mm，如不符合時(shí)，可松開(kāi)拉桿上的兩個(gè)鎖緊螺母，然后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)拉桿，以改變拉桿的長(zhǎng)度，使之滿足分離間隙的要求，調(diào)好后將鎖緊螺母擰緊。
