濟(jì)南裝載機(jī)日常作業(yè)都需要油的潤(rùn)滑，那么裝載機(jī)在安裝時(shí)應(yīng)該如何防治油液的污染，現(xiàn)在由永保機(jī)械的有關(guān)專家給大家介紹一下。
1、濟(jì)南裝載機(jī)液壓泵的吸油口應(yīng)安裝粗濾器，且吸油口處應(yīng)距油箱底部一定距離；

5、定期檢查液壓油，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)油液變質(zhì)、泡沫多、沉淀物多、油水分離等現(xiàn)象后應(yīng)立即清洗系統(tǒng)并換油。新油加入小型裝載機(jī)的油箱前應(yīng)經(jīng)過靜置沉淀，過濾后方可加入，必要時(shí)可設(shè)中間油箱以進(jìn)行新油的沉淀和過濾，確保油液的清潔。
